We provide world-class skiing in the winter and connect our guests with incredible wilderness adventures in the summer. We operate from five remote properties, three of which are in the Tatla Lake region of the Chilcotin and two which are in the Bella Coola valley. We boast the largest heli-skiing tenure of any operator in the world and our Himalayan-like mountains draw outdoor enthusiasts from around the world.

Overview
We are looking for organized, hospitality-driven individuals who bring warmth, professionalism, and confidence to every guest interaction. As the Receptionist at Bella Coola Heli Sports, you are the welcoming face of the lodge and the central point of communication for both guests and staff. From coordinating arrivals and departures to answering questions, managing guest requests, and supporting daily operations, you play a vital role in creating a seamless and memorable guest experience.
This is a dynamic and fast-paced position that blends exceptional guest service with administrative coordination and operational support. Success in this role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and organized while balancing multiple priorities. We are looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in ensuring every guest feels welcomed, informed, and cared for from arrival to departure.
