Overview

We are looking for hard-working hospitality enthusiasts to help us create a magical and memorable experience for our guests. Successful candidates must be team players, as this work environment requires us all to work together to achieve overarching goals. While we strive to create a fun, warm, and enthusiastic environment, we never waver in our service. The details matter, and etiquette where it counts is important.
The Massage Therapist is responsible for providing massage services to our guests, leading stretch classes throughout the day, and taking full ownership of the spa and fitness facilities. Therapists are also responsible for assisting with daily tasks around the lodge.

Responsibilities

Massage Duties
<ul>
<li>Provide massage treatments at various times in the day and be flexible to accommodate last-minute appointment changes due to fluctuations in the tour program</li>
<li>Prepare massage rooms and ensure a calm and inviting environment</li>
<li>Conduct daily and weekly cleaning of all spa facilities, including washing and 
managing all associated linen</li>
<li>Manage associated equipment and inventory, ensuring supplies are well-stocked and organized</li>
<li>Lead a dynamic stretch class with private or semi-private groups</li>
</ul>
Lodge Services
<ul>
<li>Assist the lodge team with laundry rotation- washing, drying, and folding</li>
<li>Be actively involved in the cleaning of common spaces, and assist with room cleaning in a pinch</li>
<li>Help clean and reset guest rooms and cabins on changeover days</li>
<li>Be willing to assist with other lodge duties as assigned</li>
</ul>

Qualifications

A Must
<ul>
<li>2–5+ years of hands-on massage or spa bodywork experience</li>
<li>Diploma or extensive training in massage, physiotherapy, or bodywork (International or Canadian)</li>
<li>Proficient in multiple modalities (e.g. deep tissue, myofascial release, Swedish, etc.)</li>
<li>Can modify treatments based on guest needs or adapt pressure as needed</li>
<li>Articulate and personable personality</li>
<li>Highly motivated and enjoy working on your feet</li>
<li>Detail oriented</li>
<li>Applicants must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident</li>

<li>Experience in the heli-skiing or remote lodge industry</li>
<li>Housekeeping or serving experience</li>
