Bella Coola Heli Sports operates in the glaciated wilderness of BC’s central coast. We provide world-class skiing in the winter and connect our guests with incredible wilderness adventures in the summer. We operate from four remote properties, one of which is in the Tatla Lake region of the Chilcotin, and three are in the Bella Coola Valley. We boast the largest heli-skiing tenure of any operator in the world, and our Himalayan-like mountains draw outdoor enthusiasts from around the world.

Reports To: Lodge Operations Manager
Overview
The Lodge Manager is a member of the area management team. They provide direct leadership to all areas related to the hospitality experience, including, but not limited to, guest lodging, F&B, retail, ski tech, and spa programs. This position includes a variety of administrative tasks, budget management, daily problem-solving, leading a team, and delivering an exceptional lodge experience to both guests and staff.
The Lodge Manager must be great with people, capable of building meaningful professional relationships, and be able to inspire their team to create memorable mountain experiences. The Lodge Manager acts as the primary coordinator for all employees on the property, ensuring effective communication through all departments, and mustering resources as needed to best serve our guests. This role is also responsible for ensuring the highest hospitality standards are upheld in tandem with the Bella Coola Heli Sports brand.
The ideal Lodge Manager will possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, in addition to being an inspiring steward capable of motivating and leading an enthusiastic hospitality team.
